Draft. Not live. English. United States / Florida inspectors. Polar MoR after the operator approves products. Danish seller books the income in Denmark.

1. Who may use this. You are a qualified inspector under Fla. Stat. §627.711(2) (including a Florida home inspector licensed under §468.8314). Homeowners do not buy this product.
2. What we sell. Software that records the boxes you check and, after M0, overlays them on the published OIR-B1-1802 Rev. 04/26 and our 4-point worksheet. We do not perform the inspection.
3. What we do not sell. Legal advice, Florida Building Code interpretations, roof-to-wall or opening-protection opinions, or any statement that Citizens or any insurer will accept a job or pay a discount.
4. Your attestation. You personally inspected the structure (or, if the statute allows, your authorized employee did). False mitigation forms are a crime under §627.711.
5. Price. $49 per inspector per month when Polar checkout exists. Cancel any time in Polar. Raising the price is an operator DECISION.
6. Quota. 12 jobs, 96 photos, 256 MB per calendar month unless a later DECISION changes the caps.
7. Merchant of record. Polar, after products exist on the existing org. Polar’s terms apply to payment, tax, and refunds. Refunds above the project ceiling go to the operator.
8. Separate product. Checkout, content, and accounts are not shared with any other brand.
9. Official form. OIR-B1-1802 is published by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. We do not claim ownership of that form.
